As in previous years, the riders of Team Quadriga attended the Pentecost Horse Show in Horka to compete with their horses in dressage tests from level A to S-Intermediaire I.

On Saturday, our chief rider Stefan Puschmann started in an A level test with our stallion, Dr. Q (by Dr. Jackson/Jazzman), who just turned 5. For the long-legged, eye-catching dark bay stallion, this was the very first show in his life. Of course, he was very impressed, checking out all the new exciting things around him! Considering that he was slightly distracted, it is even more impressive that he won second place, and the pair went on a well-deserved victory round!

Also placed in this test was an offspring of our stallion, Jazz Rubin. Ridden by his breeder, Angelika Miethe, "Joli Jument" took fifth place in great fashion!

On Sunday, Dr Q took again second place with a score of 7.8 with Stefan Puschmann in the L dressage test.

Stefan Puschmann also took fourth place with our 5-year old stallion, San Primero (by San Amour/Donnerhall). It was the second start in his life for this youngster, and the judges emphasized in their notes “the three exceptional gaits” of this talented stallion, even if his performance (understandably) still had some rough spots.
The fifth place in this test was once again awarded to Angelika Miethe with her horse, Douceur (by Dr. Jackson).

In the rarely offered M dressage test on Monday, Stefan Puschmann and San Primero again achieved second place! Quite advanced in his training thanks to his rider, the dark bay stallion received a score of 8.5 for his trot and an 8.0 for his canter by the judges!
Unfortunately, a totally mishap by the fire department while watering the arena caused a start delay which resulted in some serious challenges for horse and rider!

The third place was awarded to Angelika Miethe and Douceur!

In all three M Tour tests, our rider Maja Weber started with Jazzy (by Jazzman). On Saturday, during the M 5, the pair still had a few minor mistakes and achieved a second reserve score.

At the M 6 on Sunday, it went much better, and Maya took with Jazzy fourth place. On Monday, in the most difficult test, the M 9 (M**), the pair showed their full potential, and won the test in great fashion! This win is even more impressive as the two defeated several S-dressage horses!

----- Little Jazzy with Big Winner Blanket! -----

In the S Dressage test, Stefan Puschmann started with his mare Evita on Sunday evening. The pair added two convincing victories in the S 4 (812 points) and in St. Georg –Special (850 points) to their long list of successes!
For the most difficult test of the tournament, the Intermediaire I, a total of 16 riders were listed. Due to the problematic conditions of the arena footing, only 9 riders actually started. Stefan Puschmann also declined for the sake of his horse, and so the whole Quadriga team headed home, very content and happy!
Congratulations to the riders for their beautiful performances and great successes!

Nr. 15: A dark bay colt by Ron Rubin, out of Dolce Vita IV, by Dr. Jackson / Jazzman

.
Super handsome little boy! Alert and confident, yet friendly and trusting, with lots of impulsion and go! This little guy is a wonderful example of our carefully calibrated breeding and total trust in our blood lines!
With Ron Rubin, Dr. Jackson, and Jazzman, we have three of our own stallions on the sire side. These premium stallions with their international performance lines represent Southern German, German and Dutch sires with the currently highest FN breeding index!
And on the dam side, you find also three generations of our own mares!

For his dam, Dolce Vita IV, this is her first foal! The granddam, Jacqueline, a state premium and elite mare has the Dutch Grand Prix stallion, Jazz, in her pedigree - the same sire as our licensed stallion, Jazzman.
The great-granddam, our elite mare, Cosmopolitan, was Oldenburger State Champion mare as a 4-year old and finalist of the Bundeschampionship. She is also the dam of our licensed stallion, Don Cismo, the international Grand-Prix mare, Diamantina, as well as several other state premium and elite mares!.
Of course, our little heartbreaker is a Premium Foal!

Yes, we have some more new foals to present!

First, let us introduce you to a very handsome, elegant colt by Dr. Jackson, out of a young mare by (formerly Blue Horse) Romanov / Diamond Hit / Campari / Akzent. He has the Oldenburger performance lines of the "Waldhexe" in his pedigree, and his name is “Dr. Romanov”.
The full sister to the foal’s granddam is the 1c elite mare, Diamantina, which is currently highly successful in the international Grand-Prix sport.
The full brother of the granddam is our licensed Oldenburger stallion, Don Cismo.

Of course, an Oldenburger Premium and elite Foal!

The next foal is a very typey filly by Dr. Jackson, out of the 5-year old state premium mare, Rosandra, by Ron Rubin / Sandro Hit / Ravallo. She already shows enormous movement potential!

Yes, she is also a Premium Foal!

The third foal is a dark bay, very pretty and elegant filly by Dr. Jackson, out of our young mare, Jazzman`s Rubina, by Jazzman / Fürst Heinrich / Rubinstein / Inschallah.
For those who love studying pedigrees: The granddam, the state premium mare, Fürstin Rubina, which was also bred by us, is an offspring of the double world champion, Fürst Heinrich. She was awarded elite mare status because of the fantastic quality of her foals!
The great-granddam, our elite mare, Royal Rubina, is also the dam of our licensed stallion, Jazz Rubin, who won twice his stallion performance test and well as numerous S dressage tests. He is also by Jazzman, and so the circle is complete.
The great-great-granddam of this new foal is the famous elite mare, Elektia IV, who is also the dam of the Oldenburger foundation stallions, Rohdiamant and Royal Diamond, as well as our foundation mare, Royal Rubina, which was her last foal!

This new foal has three generations of elite mares in her pedigree!
On her sire’s side, you find with Dr. Jackson, one of the breeding index highest stallions in Germany (top 1 %).
In addition, he is currently the stallion with the highest FN breeding index in all of the Southern German horse breeding associations.
Her grandsire, Jazzman, is one of the most successful breeding offspring of the Dutch signature stallion, Jazz. Successful up to Grand Prix, Jazz is the top sire in both the Dutch and German breeding indexes.
This foal, whether she becomes a broodmare or a successful sport horse, combines in her pedigree one of the genetically most secure German and Dutch performance bloodlines! We are looking forward to a very bright future!

Oldenburger Premium Foal: The only question is . . . dressage or jumping?

Last night, the entire team of the Quadriga came together for the first “grill party” of the year! After a great meal and clean-up, part of the team went to the mare barn!

One of our young mares, Romy (by Ron Rubin), had her first foal - an ultramodern, black filly with a little white snip! After an uncomplicated birth, the little lady was so easy, that the “midwives” could head to bed after just 90 minutes of taking care of mom, baby, and stall!
The complete pedigree of this little girl is Dr. Jackson, out of Romy by Ron Rubin / Diamond Hit / Rohdiamant / Pik Bube.

What a question: Of course a Premium Foal!

Since no more foals were expected that night, you can imagine our surprise when a glance at the surveillance monitor screen at 6 am showed another foal walking around in one of the stalls. It must have arrived after midnight!

Two weeks early, but in healthy and happy, our mare, Fürstin Romancier, had a handsome chestnut colt by Dr. Jackson. He was immediately named Dr. Romancier, and the rest of his pedigree includes Fürst Romancier / Romello / Rohdiamant / Pik Bube.
And here I show them who I am! An Oldenburger Premium Foal!

Seven full siblings out or one mare! All by Dr. Jackson, out of our foundation mare, Sandrina Hit I, by Sandro Hit / Ravallo / Calypso.

We now have four colts, Dream of Jackson I - IV, as well as two fillies, De la Sandrina I and II, who are now between 1 and 8 years old and in different levels of training!
And here is De la Sandrina III, another full sister joining this large family! For her dam, this gorgeous, modern, long-legged filly is her ninth foal!
Her oldest sister, De la Sandrina I, was a finalist at the Oldenburger State Championship as a 4-year old, and as a 5-year old she double-qualified for the Bundeschampionship in Warendorf!

I am already an Oldenburger Premium Foal!
